Okay , so firstly I start off with a cap!! I got this one from Lost-media… I cropped it using the cropping tool (duh! Lol) and made sure that it was set to an aspect ratio of 100x100 px. (for those of you that don’t know , that means that the picture gets cropped to a specific size. |

So next I decide to Sharpen. Filter>> Sharpen. I did this twice. It ended up a little too sharpened so I went to Sharpen>> Unsharp Mask and set it to 50. Then I duplicated the layer and set it to screen. |

Right so next I add a new layer which I filled with #030039 , a very dark blue. I set this one to exclusion. I then Duplicated it. (yes I know he looks too yellowy but we will come to that in a moment…) |

After that I thought hmmm… looks a bit too yellow sooo I added a new layer and filled it with #A4DDF4. A light blueish colour. I set this to soft light. |

Oh so now he looks too green , well don’t worry!! I added a new layer and filled it with #CFC2B3 a mid tanned browny colour, and then set it to colour burn. |

Oh fine then , don’t go a nice colour… I was getting annoyed at this point X:O So I added a new light grey layer #E3E3E3 and guess what? Yep , I set that to colour burn too. |

Yeah.. that helped… It made it darker so I could colour and lighten it. Right now for that part where I try not to mess things up. Add the gradient (sorry , I have forgotten who made it…) and paste it inbetween your two exclusion layers. I fiddled around and set it to Darken.. I know , weird choice but it is getting there… |

Oooh… Jack is looking a little pink there , so I do something about it and duplicated my base and set it on top. I set it to soft light.. ahh. That’s a better. |
